Do things feel strangely different today?
A very rare thing is happening:
An easterly wind.
It happens only 4 or 5 days a year here in Wellington. Enjoy it, it’ll be blowy but warm as mentioned in points 6 and 7 in this former post.
I’m keeping an eye out for strange things.
As a point of difference, there was a calm patch right the way along the eastbourne coast this morning. A thing usually reserved for the harbour side next to state highway 2, given our predominant NW winds.
